The sound political foresight of the Leadership of the Islamic Emirate and its firm stance on justifiably dealing with the matters and issues and deciding them in a fair way in addition to the untiring and non-stop operations of the Mujahideen have, politically added to the anxiety and concerns of the enemy who lacks firm and unalterable policy and who is already confronted with a great many problems and opposition within the home country, and the enemy who, on the one hand, insists on the extra troops deployment into Afghanistan, and on the other hand, speaks irrationally of a withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Yet Mujahideen's another political achievement was the enemy's stratagem ending in failure, the stratagem, according to the political thinkers and commentators was a move served as a cover-up to carry out their imported democracy, and which by Afghan's decision to say yes to the invitation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan during the melodrama of presidential election and by the Mujahideen's preplanned tactics and strategy besides their untiring operations.

Thinking back on the previous year, a dozens of the European powers including European Union and the United Nations, who used to consider the power of the Islamic Emirate as an unimportant and short-term movement, have now been convinced to recognize it as Afghan Islamic Movement and a political power.

Previous year, from Jihadic and military point of view, brought in, with the help of Allah Almighty and Mujahideen's struggles, countless success and victories for the Mujahideen of he Islamic Emirate and inflicted physical and material losses on the enemy which were beyond expectation and estimation.

Moreover, since the spring of 2009, there have been changes in the framework of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. As per instructions of the Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate, there have been, provincially, new civil and military changes and new recruitments that may ensure the success and victory of Afghan Mujahideen and play a major role in them.

One the other hand, Flowing  a strategic announcement made by the president Obama regarding tens of thousands of troops deployment into Afghanistan, the Leadership Council, in exchange issued a statement declaring operations all around Afghanistan, in the form of assistance for the Mujahideen, in turn, Mujahideen carried out successful and coordinated operations countrywide causing the occupation forces casualties and losses several times more than the past the details of the extent of which are as follow:

Regrettably, hundreds of Afghan civilians have been martyred with their house destroyed in  blind bombardments and fire from the enemy invaders in several different areas of Afghanistan, particularly in Bala Blook district of Farah province, or in Chardarah district of Kunduz province where at least 500 civilians were martyred including children and women and so on.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, hereby, offers its condolence and prayer, as it always has done for the families of the martyred, that may Allah Almighty bestow them with the patience, steadfastness and great reward. Ameen.

Eventually, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in the year 2010, reminds, with the help of All Powerful Creator and the Greatest Lord of the universe, all the foreign occupation forces and the arrogant and hostile White House rulers with their every kind up-to-the-minute and state-of-art technology and armaments with their military  tactics and skills to withdraw from Afghanistan as quickly as possible.
