with you! This letter is addressed to those sisters who work
on the path of Allah; and sisters who did hijra
(migration) on His path; to mothers, sisters, wives
and daughters of Martyrs. It is addressed to those who did hijra on the path
of Allah and left motherland and relatives; to those
who left the motherland in order to protect religion
and honor. This letter is written to you by your brothers -
Mujahideen fighting in Chechnya on the path of Allah.
Our dear sisters, Allah is witness that because of
the Jihad and duty in front of Allah we do not have
time to care about you, and we know that it is very
difficult to live for from home. But this is our way,
as it is a value of Paradise, and also value of
building Islamic country. Allah (Almighty and The Greatest) said: "Fighting is enjoined on you, and it is an
object of dislike to you...." (The Holy Quran, Surah 2. "The Cow", verse 216)
Our dear sisters! Take care of your religion and
Aqidah (Islamic theology); do not forget that you left
your country not for mundane goods. Remember that this
world will stay after you, and everything in it is
perishable. Allah (swt) said: "Everyone on it must pass away". (The Holy Quran, Surah 55. "The Beneficent", verse
26) Allah (Almighty and The Greatest) said: "Have you not seen those to whom it was said:
Withhold your hands, and keep up prayer and pay the
poor-rate; but when fighting is prescribed for them,
lo! a party of them fear men as they ought to have
feared Allah, or (even) with a greater fear, and say:
Our Lord! why hast Thou ordained fighting for us?
Wherefore didst Thou not grant us a delay to a near
end? Say: The provision of this world is short, and
the hereafter is better for him who guards (against
evil); and you shall not be wronged the husk of a date
stone". (The Holy Quran, Surah 4. "The Women", verse 77)
O wives of Mujahideen! Fear Allah and take care of
your religion, honor and Islamic clothes, and give the
right education to your children. Allah (swt) said: "Every soul is held in pledge for what it
earns". (The Holy Quran, Surah 74. "The Cloaked One", verse
38) You should know, that being the wife of Mujahideen
does not guarantee you a Paradise. Remember the words of Allah (Almighty and The
Greatest): "And they shall say: Had we but listened or
pondered, we should not have been among the inmates of
the burning fire". (The Holy Quran, Surah 67. "The Sovereignty", verse
10) And the fact that they were wives of prophets did
not bring them any benefit because they showed
unbelieving. And all it is because they did not
believe in Allah. Be diligent in worshiping Allah and
be obedient to Him. And then Allah (Almighty and The
Greatest) will be pleased with you. And when the Judgment Day comes you will enter the
Paradise along with prophets, righteous ones, martyrs
and those who were best in front of Allah, indeed they
are the best companions. Our dear sister! We bequeath you to wear hidjab
(Islamic clothes) as it is a honor and dignity for
Muslim woman, and also it is obliged to you by Allah.
Allah (swt) said: "O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters
and the women of the believers that they let down upon
them their over-garments; this will be more proper,
that they may be known, and thus they will not be
given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 33. "The Clans", verse 59)
Allah (Almighty and The Greatest) said: "And say to the believing women that they cast
down their looks and guard their private parts and do
not display their ornaments except what appears
thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over
their bosoms, and not display their ornaments except
to their husbands or their fathers, or the fathers of
their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their
husbands, or their brothers, or their brothers' sons,
or their sisters' sons, or their women, or those whom
their right hands possess, or the male servants not
having need (of women), or the children who have not
attained knowledge of what is hidden of women; and let
them not strike their feet so that what they hide of
their ornaments may be known; and turn to Allah all of
you, O believers! so that you may be successful".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 24. "The Light", verse 31)
O, wives of Muslim! Especially wives of Mujahideen,
be careful and on the alert. Do not let the enemies of
Allah to dissemble and cheat you. You know, they try
to distract you from the veritable path. The enemies
of Allah know very well that distracting one Muslim
woman from the right path means corrupting the whole
territory. And if even one woman comes to Islam - that means
one more family will come to Islam. And as we
understand, a real lions (Mujahideen) will come from
this family and will shake up the cities of
nonbelievers. And among these families we see mothers
of Mujahideen, martyrs. But if only one Muslim woman goes astray from the
right path then the whole family gets corrupted. And
only hypocrites and enemies of Allah come from such a
family. During the history Muslim woman was among
those who brought up and taught heroes. This story is about the aunt of prophet (pbuh)
Sofia, daughter of Abd-Al Mutalib (may Allah be
pleased with her). She was one of the first ones who
accepted Islam. And her brother was famous martyr
Hamza (may Allah be pleased with him) known as a Lion
of Allah. Her son Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) was
close to prophet (pbuh) and served Him. Sofia gave him
an education as it should be for Mujahideen. Zubayr
was a Muslim hero. His mother let him to make an armors and lances and
learn how to use them. She used to send him to the
most dangerous places, and if he retreated she would
beat him. Once she was asked: "Do you beat him because
you are angry at him?" She has read the poem: "Whoever says that I am angry is a liar; I beat
him so he can consciously defeat an enemy and take
trophies". In the story of Abu-Bakr's daughter Asma (may Allah
be pleased with her) it tells how she brought up her
son Abdullah ibn Zubayr in Islam and on the path of
jihad. She taught him till the time when he became
respectful as his father Zubayr. Once when Abdullah
was leaving to the war he came to his mother. When she
saw that he has armors she said: In order to check his mother Abdullah replied:
"I have worn it only because if I get killed
they don't insult under my body". After what he came out and was killed in a battle
(may Allah be pleased with him and his mother). If there will be such steadfast woman among us then
we will have heroes who will protect religion and
bring victory. O wives of Muslim! Be careful of Islam enemy's
intrigues. With the help of fitna (secession) they try
to corrupt the Muslim woman. To secession belongs
staff that is not appropriate to watch on TV; which is
also forbidden by religion and decent rules. Try to not leave your homes as Allah (Almighty and
The Greatest) said: "And stay in your houses and do not display your
finery like the displaying of the ignorance of yore;
and keep up prayer, and pay the poor-rate, and obey
Allah and His Apostle. Allah only desires to keep away
the uncleanness from you, O people of the House! and
to purify you a (thorough) purifying". (The Holy Quran, Surah 33. "The Clans", verse 33)
Be careful to sit together with strangers, and do
not meet with those who is not your mahram (father,
brothers, sons, uncles, etc.), and do not communicate
with men which are not your closest relatives. Remember about your responsibilities in this world
- because it is worshiping Allah and Jihad on His
path. Do not forget of Jihad that was done by wives of
companions and how they loved it. Abdul Mutalib's daughter Sofia (may Allah be
pleased with her) took a part in the battle at Uhud:
she was bringing water, bandaging wounded ones. She
was there together with nephew prophet Muhammad (pbuh),
her brother Hamza and son Zubayr (may Allah be pleased
with them). At this battle she took a part along with
them. She was over 60 years (may Allah be pleased with
her) during the battle at Handak. All residents of
Medina came out to the war against unbelievers who
surrounded the city. Jews lived at one side of Medina
and prophet (pbuh) had an agreement with them so they
will not be despicable and will not betray Muslims.
When the attack of unbelievers toward Muslim got
stronger, Jews decided to break an agreement so they
can take Muslim woman and children to captivity. At
that time Muslims have collected all women and
children in the big strengthened house of Hassan Ben
Sabat (may Allah be pleased with them). Jews began to
creep towards this house and Sofia (may Allah be
pleased with her) noticed them. And then she said: She has tied her head with the cloak, tightened
clothes, took the lance and injured the Jew couple
times. After what she has copped off his head and
threw it to other Jews. And then Jews said: This story is about Ummul Amarati (may Allah be
pleased with her) who was fighting in front of prophet
(pbuh) protecting him till she received twelve wounds.
Mothers of believers always went to Jihad on the
path of Allah (Almighty and The Greatest), they
brought water and helped wounded. Muslim women always
excelled with patience. Even if they have lost
everything. For their patience they hoped for the
favor of Allah. Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: It is obligatory for Muslim women to be patient
even in small things and thank Allah for what He
gives. Prophet (pbuh) said, Narrated Ibn Abbas: "The Prophet said: "I was shown the Hell-fire
and that the majority of its dwellers were women who
were ungrateful". It was asked, "Do they disbelieve in
Allah?" (Or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied,
"They are ungrateful to their husbands and are
ungrateful for the favors and the good (charitable
deeds) done to them. If you have always been good
(benevolent) to one of them and then she sees
something in you (not of her liking), she will say, 'I
have never received any good from you'". It is a duty of a woman to try not to be among
those and be happy with what Allah gives. Allah (Almighty and The Greatest) said: "And be patient, for surely Allah does not waste
the reward of the good-doers". (The Holy Quran, Surah 11. "Hud the Prophet", verse
115) Also Allah (Almighty and The Greatest) said: "Say: O my servants who believe! be careful of
(your duty to) your Lord; for those who do good in
this world is good, and Allah's earth is spacious;
only the patient will be paid back their reward in
full without measure". (The Holy Quran, Surah 39. "The Troops", verse 10)
The Muslim woman took a huge place in the Islamic
country during all history. In the days of Jihad women
took an important place on the path of Allah. O wives of Mujahideen! Fear Allah, look after your
chastity and do not forget about your responsibilities
in this world. Do not forget of the Muslim woman's
power because it might be helpful to Jihad and
Mujahideen. Shortly listed responsibilities: Be Happy! The help of Allah is close. The main part
is behind - not much left. Glad news in Allah's words: "Allah has promised to those of you who believe
and do good that He will most certainly make them
rulers in the earth as He made rulers those before
them, and that He will most certainly establish for
them their religion which He has chosen for them, and
that He will most certainly, after their fear, give
them security in exchange; they shall serve Me, not
associating aught with Me; and whoever is ungrateful
after this, these it is who are the. transgressors".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 24. "The Light", verse 55) (The Holy Quran, Surah 2. "The Cow", verses 93 and
214) Be happy, the position of Jihad is good. Many years
have passed since beginning of the war, and enemies of
Allah cannot stop the Jihad. Be happy because Jihad is not weakened. Be happy when you hear of one operation done
because there are done around ten operations a day.
We would like to tell you that you will return home
very soon. With the permit of Allah (Almighty and The
Greatest) you will return with honor and dignity.
And your return will be not to Russian territory
but to Islamic Chechnya if Allah wishes. You will live in the shade of Quran and Islam and
bring up lions with Allah's book. Allah is the Greatest and all power (might) belongs
to Him, His messenger and believers. Allah is the owner of greatness and has power over
