By Al-Ikhwah al-Mujahidun

All praise be to the one who has said:

"And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's Punishment)." (Al-Anfal:59)

And may peace and blessings be upon Allah's Messenger, and upon all his family and companions.

Indeed we in Al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula congratulate our Ummah of some joyful and surprising news. Allah has granted us the success of downing a UPS plane on Ramadan 25, 1431 (3-9-2010), after its takeoff from Dubai International Airport.

Yes, it was us who downed the UPS plane, but because the enemy's media did not hold us responsible for it, we thought it best to hide the matter until our next strike. We carried out this operation with two devices, one of them sent through UPS and the other through Fedex.

We question why the enemy did not explain what happened to the downed UPS plane. Was it because they were unable to reach a conclusion about the cause of its crash, or was it because Obama Administration chose to hide the facts so that their security failures would not be exposed, especially since the operation was carried out soon before the upcoming midterm elections?

We say to you Obama. We were able to carry our three successive operations in your planes in one year, and we will continue to target US interests and those of its allies.

By the Grace of Allah, our advanced device allows us the opportunity to detonate it while in flight, or after it reaches its destination, built to bypass all security devices. We also say to the Saudi family: Allah has exposed your true servitude to the Jews, for these devices were heading towards the Zionist Jewish synagogues, but you interfered with your known treachery to protect them. May Allah's curse be on the Wrong-doers.

As both operations were successful, we wish to encourage our Mujahideen brothers all over to expand their targets to include civilian aircrafts in the West in addition to courier services. Congratulations, O enemies of Allah, for you will soon see horrors you have never witnessed before.

Our Sheikh, Usama bin Laden, may Allah protect him, said, "If were were able to send our messages to you in words, we would not have sent them to your through planes."

And may peace and blessings be upon our leader Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.

"And Allah has full control over His affairs, but most people know not."
