It is not an argument but a cemented fact that the so called democratic government or the puppet Karzai regime is the most corrupt in the world. Take the example of Karzai's half-brother, Ahmed Wali Karzai, who was a major figure in the drug trade. Ahmed Wali Karzai enjoyed good relations with the US in fact, he was a paid CIA informant. The famous Kabul Bank scam which was witnessed by the whole world the 2010-13 Kabul Bank financial scandal involving Mahmood Karzai and others close to puppet President Hamid Karzai spending the bank's US$1 billion for their own personal lavish living style as well as lending money under the table to family and friends and those close to the Puppet President Hamid Karzai and Mahmood Karzai. Until this day according to statistics given by general public the government has failed to recover the $980 million fraudulent loans.

Transparency International (TI) is a non-governmental organization that monitors and publicizes corporate and political corruption in international development in which Afghanistan's present puppet regime is on the top of the list of the most corrupt governmental systems. The information is credible enough because the organization defines corruption as the abuse of entrusted power for private gain which eventually hurts everyone who depends on the integrity of people in a position of authority.

The big corruption was designed by the Americans. The contracts they brought for the puppet regime so called reconstruction purposes were used by the US government to buy influence in Afghanistan. It was designed to corrupt the Afghans so as to be usable by them. As like all puppet installed regimes around the world the Karzai regime is against the will of the people of Afghanistan. It is a mafia controlled by warlords which operate their illicit trade and business without carrying any responsibility for the benefit of ordinary Afghan population.

If we look at the Karzai regime at a glance according to  (SIGAR)  created by America which is Office of the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction reported that the American Congress has appropriated $104 billion for Afghanistan reconstruction since 2002, more than the US collectively spent on 16 European countries to rebuild after World War II but still there is no development even in Kabul.

The streets of Kabul are in ruins which represents the measure of deconstruction instead of reconstruction.

On the grass root levels every Afghan has suffered a lot and day by day the situation is becoming worse.

The unemployment rate is siarubg wguke there is no open budget policy. The rich warlords are becoming richer by the day and the ordinary Afghan Muslims are suffering and becoming economically unstable with the passage of time. Most of the work that Karzai puppet administration has carried out in Afghanistan which is the so called reconstruction is mostly uncovered poor planning, shoddy construction, mechanical failures, and inadequate oversight.

On every level the puppet Karzai and his administration is a failure, even the pollution in the environment indicates their failure and measure of corrupt nature.

The only solution for this Dilemma is that Afghanistan should be freed from the occupation of America and NATO with their allies. The most legitimate government in Afghanistan's modern history was that of the Taliban which must be recognized by America and her allies as it is the true representation of Afghans in the International community.
