By Al-Ikhwah Al-Mujahidun

Allah, the Almighty has favored human beings with greatness and honor, being manifestation of His Knowledge, Wisdom and Power. Allah, the Almighty has given human being superiority over all other creations; even other creatures are at their service. He, the Almighty, has embedded great abilities and amazing systems in this almost 6-feet body of man. By examining and studying these marvelous systems, deviated hearts find enlightment.

{ وَفِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ }  الذاریات – ۲۱
"And also (in) your own selves, (there are sign of power of Allah) what do you not see?"(Surah 51, Verse 21)

Allah, the Almighty has created human beings for a great goal, that is to worship Allah, the Almighty and delegated him to be His vicegerent on the earth and endued him with the task of implementing the noble system of Islam. In order to fulfill the said great tasks, He, the Almighty, has granted man wisdom and the ability of thinking and contemplation. He, the Almighty, has sent His messengers and Divine books for development of man's capability and guidance. All these attributes and similar distinctions of man show greatness and importance of human beings.

In order to implement their lofty tasks, human beings need a peaceful, stable and secure environment.  This is the reason that Allah, the Almighty has sent down a deterrent regime for their protection. This is the regime of penalties and retribution, prohibition of killing and harassing people, urging Jihad against oppression and brutalities, injunctions to help oppressed and miserable people and warning regarding killing of innocent people, like:

مَن قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا} (المائدة-۳۲)

"Whoever killed a human being, except as a punishment for murder or for corruption in the earth, should be looked upon as though he had killed all mankind".
(Surah 5, Verse 32)

 (لزوال الدنيا أهون عند الله من قتل رجل مسلم). (رواه الترمذي والنسائي) 

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The extinction of the whole world (planet) is less significant before Allah than killing an (innocent) Muslim."

The Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions (may Allah, the Almighty be pleased with all) always advised commanders of Mujahideen: "Do not kill children; women, old men and monks; do not cut dates and other fruit trees; do not destroy homes". Even if the enemy commits such atrocities, Muslims are not allowed to commit these crimes in revenge. Allah, the Almighty says in the Holy Quran:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ لِلَّهِ شُهَدَاءَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآَنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا اعْدِلُوا هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُون ( المآئده- ۸) 

"O believers, be dutiful to Allah and bearers of just witness. Do not allow your hatred for other men, turn you away from justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety. Have fear of Allah; Allah is aware of the things you do."(Surah 5, Verse 8)

In light of the Islamic Shariah laws, the leadership, leadership council and other leaders of the Islamic Emirate have made enormous efforts to protect people from being killed and harassed. Still they continue to do so. They have given instructions in this regard, and repeatedly emphasized on implementation of the said instructions and investigated every possible incident. This is their Islamic and national duty that they have done and they should do.

Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate who have been waging Jihad to obtain the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty, believe in Quran and Sunnah and believe in human dignity, greatness and consider obedience to their leadership as mandatory, would never dare kill and harass innocent people intentionally. There lies a risk for them because if they did so, they defy the order of Allah, the Almighty, the Prophet (peace be upon him) and their leader. Also these acts will make their Jihadic struggles void and null and will usher in displeasure of Allah, the Almighty.

Contrarily, US and NATO forces do not pay respect to any law at world's level. They have come to kill and harass the Afghans. They feel proud to desecrate martyrs and commit brutal conducts with prisoners; they bomb houses full of children and women in the stillness of night and kill school children and innocent students and so on ……..
Surprisingly, according to the director of UNAMA Human Rights Unit, Mujahideen are said to be responsible for 75% of civilian casualties, while Mujahideen have commitment to Shariah laws, human and moral values. On the other hand, only 25% of civilian casualties are attributed to the invaders who are hostile to Islam, the Afghan code of honor and humanity and do not observe any moral and human law and values!
