Jabhat an-Nusra (Now Jabhat Fath as-Sham) ~ Audio Message by Shaykh Ahmad Hassan Abu al-Khayr

On July 28, 2016 Jabhat an-Nusra announced a new audio message by the deputy
of Dr. Ayman az-Zawahiri, Shaykh Ahmad Hassan Abu al-Khayr. Two hours later
al-Manara al-Bayda released the message.
Below you will find the audio-message, an Arabic transcript and an officious
key-point translation of the text.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على اشرف الخلق
والمرسلين، وعلى آلهِ وصحبهِ أجمعين.
أما بعد:
إخواني المسلمين في كل مكان، إخواني المجاهدين: السلام عليكم
ورحمة الله وبركاته.
تختلف العصور والأيام وتتبدل
الاحداث والمواقف وتتنوع العقول والأفهام وتمضي الأزمان وتبقى سنَّة الله ماضية
في خلقه، سنة الصراع والتدافع بين الحق والباطل وبين الخير والشر، فلا إلتقاء أو
مداهنة، جهاد إلى يوم القيامة حتى يكون الدين كله لله ، دين ينصر الحق ويبطل
الباطل ينعم فيه المسلم عزيزًا كريمًا في ظل شريعة الرحمن.
وإننا اليوم نحيى مرحلة مباركة مشرقة، من مراحل نهضة أمتنا
الإسلامية، مرحلة صحوة وجهاد، على فترة من الزمن ثار الناس فيها على جلاديهم،
فجاهدوا بالكلمة والسلاح واذل الله على أيديهم تلك الطغمة الظالمة من بدلت دين
الله وغيبتهُ عن واقع الناس وحياتهم حتى أذن الله بزوالهم ودك عروشهم على غير قوة
من عامة المسلمين سوى ما قذفه الله في تلك القلوب من عظيم قوته، فبجهاد تصان
البلاد وتسترد الحقوق، شرعة الله التي ارتضاها لعباده، {وَقَاتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ
اللّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلاَ تَعْتَدُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبِّ
الْمُعْتَدِينَ}، {وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ
لِلَّهِ فَإِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَلا عُدْوَانَ إِلا عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ}.
بعد دراستنا لوضع الساحة الشامية من كلا الجانبين العسكري
والسياسي، ومافيه من تحديات وصعوبات يرافق كل ذلك معاناة وقسوة يعيشها أهل الشام،
قتلًا وقصفًا وتشريدًا، استقر لدينا مع هذه الرؤية أن نعمل على بذل كل الأسباب
الممكنة للحفاظ على الجهاد الشامي راشدًا قويًا ونبعد عنهُ كل الذرائع الواهية
التي يضعها عدونا لفصل المجاهدين عن حاضنتهم من أهل السنة، فقد أصبح لإخواننا
المجاهدين على ارض الشام قوة لا يستهان بها، وحسن إدارة للمناطق المحررة من محاكم
شرعية تحكم بشرع الله وهيئات خدمية تقوم على شؤون الناس ورعايتهم، ويوازي ذلك جيل
جديد تربى على فقه العزة والجهاد سبيلًا لصيانة دينه وحرماة أمته، وإن المرحلة
التي وصلت الأمة إليها من انتشار الجهاد ودخوله للمجتمع المسلم وانتقاله من مفهوم
جهاد نخبة الى جهاد أمة، لا ينبغي أن يقاد بعقلية الجماعة أو التنظيم، بل يجب أن
تكون التنظيمات والجماعات دائرة جمع وحشد لا تفريق ومنابذة، وتكون تلك الجهود
منطلقًا لمرحلة متقدمة تنشئ لأهل السنة كيانًا يمثل مطالبهم ويطلب حقوقهم، وأمام
ما تقدم وإنطلاقًا من مسؤوليتي فإننا نوَّجه قيادة جبهة النصرة الى المضي قدمًا
بما يحفظ مصلحة الإسلام والمسلمين ويحمي جهاد أهل الشام ونحثهم على اتخاذ الخطوات
المناسبة اتجاه هذا الأمر، وهذه خطوة منا ودعوة كذلك لكل الفصائل المجاهدة على
أرض الشام أن اجتمعوا على ما يرضي الله، وتطاوعوا فيما بينكم وتعاهدوا على الولاء
لأهل الإيمان والبراء من أهل الظلم والكفران، كونوا صفًا واحدًا يحمي أهلها
ويدافع عن أرضنا وأقروا أعيننا بجتماعكم على حكومة إسلامية راشدة ترد الحقوق
وتبسط العدل بين المسلمين، وإننا بإذن الله سنكون أول من يؤيدها وينصرها، وهذا ما
يؤكدهُ كلام أميرنا وشيخنا الدكتور أيمن -حفظه الله- حيث يقول:
[أن أخوة الإسلام بيننا هي أكبر من كل الروابط التنظيمية الزائلة
المتحولة، وأن اتحادكم وتآلفكم أهم وأعز عندنا من أي رابطة تنظيمية، فوحدتكم
واتحادكم ووحدة صفكم تعلو فوق الانتماء التنظيمي والعصبية الحزبية، بل يضحى بلا
تردد بتلك الروابط التنظيمية الحزبية إذا تعارضت مع وحدتكم وتآلفكم واصطفافكم في
صف واحد كالبنيان المرصوص في مواجهة عدوكم العلماني الطائفي الذي تدعمه القوى
الرافضية الصفوية وروسيا والصين وتتواطئ معه الحملة الصليبية المعاصرة].
واوصي ختامًا إخواني المجاهدين في كل مكان بقولهِ تعالى: {يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا وَرَابِطُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ
لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ }.

English (key-point) translation (By al-Maqalaat):
''Ages and days differ, developments and circumstances change, minds and
thoughts vary, times move forward and the Sunnah of Allah stays passing
through His creations: the Sunnah of conflict and struggle between the truth
and falsehood and between goodness and evil. There is no meeting nor
compromise, Jihaad will continue until the Day of Resurrection, until the
religion is completely for Allah. A religion which support the truth and
annuls the falsehood, in which the Muslims enjoy live with honor and dignity
in the shadow of the Law of the Most Merciful.''

''After studying the condition on the field in Shaam from both angles,
militarily and politically, and what it entails of challenges and
difficulties; all of this accompanied by suffering and hardship in which the
people of Shaam live –from killings, bombings and displacements. It rooted in
us, with this vision, to work and use any possible means to safeguard the
Jihaad in Shaam, righteously and strong, and to remove from it any weak
excuses which the enemy places to split the Mujahideen from their supporting
Sunni environment.
Our Mujahid brothers in the land of Shaam have become a force which can not be
underestimated, excellently managing the liberated territories with legitimate
courts that rule with the Law of Allah, and service institutions that guard
and take care of the matters of people. Accompanied by a new generation which
is brought up on the jurisprudence of honor, and the Jihaad as a means to
protect the religion and its sanctuaries. The stage which the Ummah has
reached in terms of the Jihaad spreading and entering the Muslim community and
shifting from the understanding of an elitist Jihaad of to the Jihaad of a
nation, should not be held back by group thinking or an organization. Rather
the organizations and groups should be a facilitation of gathering and
mobilization; not division and separation. These efforts must be headed
towards a future stage that establishes an entity for the Sunnis which
represents their demands and requests their rights.
Regarding what I have set forth and as a part of my responsibility: We call
upon the leadership of Jabhat Nusra to work for that which works in the
interest of Islam and the Muslims and safeguards the Jihaad of the people of
Shaam and we press them on taking the appropriate steps towards this matter.
And this is a step from us, and likewise a call for all the Mujahid factions
in the land of Shaam, to unite over that which pleases Allah and to comply
over the issues between you and vow loyalty for the people of faith and
declare your dissociation from the people of oppression and disbelief. Be one
row that protects our people and defends our land and please our eyes with
your unite over a righteous Islamic government which returns the rights (to
its people) and establishes justice between the Muslims. And we with the
permission of Allah will be the first one who aids and supports it, and this
is confirmed by the words of our leader and our Shaykh Dr. Ayman Zawahiri, may
Allah protect him.''
