 Lalurori biyar da suka wajaba shugabanni su tsare su ga al'umma 10
 
 Wannan ga wanda ya bar aure ne saboda bai son haihuwa ko don ya shagalta da ibada, amma wanda ya ki aure saboda rashin iko na jiki ko dukiya, to malamai sun yi bayanin hukuncinsa kamar haka:
 
 Ibnu kudama ya ce: ''Kashi na uku: Wanda bai da sha'awa, imma saboda ba a halitta masa sha'awar ba kamar anini, ko an halitta masa sha'awar amma ta tafi saboda tsufa ko wata cuta da makamantanta, to shi yana da fuskoki biyu:
 
 Na daya: Mustahabbi ne gare shi ya yi aure.
 
 Na biyu: Hakura da auren ne mafi falala gare shi, saboda ba zai iya sauke nauyin aure da ke kansa ba, kuma ya hana matarsa jin dadin aure da waninsa sai ya rika cutar da ita yana rike ta, ya bijirar wa kansa wasu wajibai da hakkokin da kila ba zai iya tsare su ba, sai ya shagalta da neman ilimi da ibadar da ba su da fa'ida a cikinsa. Mafi alheri dai aure yana kan mai sha'awa ne saboda karinonin da suke nuni ga hakan.'' (Almugni, mujalladi na 9 shafi na 343).

4. Haramcin kashe 'ya'ya da zubar da ciki:
 
 Allah Madaukaki Ya ce: ''Kuma kada ku kashe 'ya'yanku saboda tsoron talauci, Mu ne Muke azurta ku da kuma su.'' Kuma Madaukaki Ya ce: ''Kuma kada ku kashe 'ya'yanku saboda tsoron talauci, Mu ne Muke azurta su, su da ku. Lallai ne kashe su ya kasance kuskure babba.'' (Isra'i: 31).
 
 Alkasimi ya ce ''Lallai kashe su ya kasance kuskure ne babba.'' Saboda yana jagoranci zuwa ga ruguza duniya ne, wane kuskure ne ya fi wannan?'' (Muhasinul Ta'awil, mujalladi na 10, shafi na 224).
 
 Kuma Allah Madaukaki Ya ce: ''Ya kai Annabi! Idan mata muminai suka zo maka suna yi maka mubaya'a a kan ba za su yi shirki da Allah bag a komai, kuma ba su yin sata, kuma ba su yin zina, kuma ba su kashe 'ya'yansu…..'' (Mumtahanna:12).
 
 Ibnu Kasir ya ce ''FadinSa: ''Kuma ba su kashe 'ya'yansu.'' Wannan ya kunshi kashe shi bayan samunsa (haihuwarsa) kamar yadda mutanen Jahiliyya suka kasance suna kashe 'ya'yansu domin tsoron talauci. Kuma ya game da kashe shi yana dan tayi (a ciki) kamar yadda wasu mata suke yi a zamanin Jahiliyya inda suke halaka kansu don kada ta haihu saboda dalili na fasadi (kamar cikin shege) ko makamancinsa.'' (Tafsirul kur'anil Azim, mujalladi na 4, shafi na 379).
 
 Hakika shari'a ta dora biyan diyya a kan wanda ya kashe dan tayi a cikin mahaifiyarsa.
 
 An karbo daga Abu Huraira (RA) cewa, wasu mata biyu daga kabilar Huzailu, sai daya ta jefi dayar cikinta ya zube, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya hukunta mata yin gurra (biyan diyya) da bawa ko baiwa. (Buhari a Kitabud Diyyat da Muslim a Kitabul kassama).
 
 An karbo daga Mugiratu bin Shu'uba daga Umar (RA) cewa ya nemi shawararsu game da imlasi ga mace (imlasi shi ne jawo mace ta yi asarar cikinta). Sai Mugira ya ce: ''Annabi (SAW) ya yi hukunci da yi gurra (diyya) da bawa ko baiwa.'' Sai (Umar RA) ya ce: ''Wane ne shaidarka?'' Sai Muhammad bin Maslamata ya ce: ''Lallai ne shi ya shaida Annabi (SAW) ya yi hukunci da shi.'' (Buhari a Kitabud Diyyat).
 
 Muhammad Ibnu Usaimin ya ce hukuncin zubar da jiki ya kasu nau'i biyu:
 
 ''Na daya: Mutum ya yi nufin zubar da shi domin lalata shi, wanna ida ya kasance bayan an hura rai a cikinsa ne to babu wata shakka haramun ne. Domin kashe ran da Allah Ya haramta ne ba tare da wani hakki ba, kuma kashe rai wanda aka haramta haramu ne a cikin Alkur'ani da Sunnah da ijma'in malaman Musulunci. Idan kuma ya kasance gabanin hura rai a cikinsa ne to, malamai sun yi sabani a cikin halaccinsa. Daga cikinsu akwai wanda ya halatta shi kuma akwai wanda ya hana shi. Kuma daga cikinsu akwai wanda ya ce ya halatta matukar bai zama gudan jini ba, wato matukar bai kai kwana arba'in ba. Kuma akwai wanda ya ce, ya halatta matukar bai zama cikakken mutum ba. Abu mafi dacewa dai shi ne an hana zubar da cikin da ya kai munzalin cikar halittar mutum.''
 
 Kuma ya ce: ''Na biyu: A cire ciki ba domin a lalata shi ba, kamar a yi kokarin cire shi saboda cikar muddar haihuwarsa da kusantowar lokacin haihuwa. Wannan halal ne da sharadin ya zamo akwa cutarwa ga uwar jaririn. (Risala fi Dima'id dabi'iyya da aka cisgo daga Majmu'u Fatwa war Rasa'ilis Sheikh Ibnu Usaimin, mujalladi na 11, shafi na 332 zuwa 333).
 
 Zubar da ciki na jawo matsaloli ga makomar iyali da al'umma daga cikinsu akwai:
 
 1). Halakar adadin mutanen da ba a san yawansu ba daga bani Adam tun kafin su fito sararin duniya su shaki iskar rayuwa.
 
 2). Mutuwar dimbin iyaye mata a kokarin zubar da cikin.
 
 3). Haifar da cututtuka masu yin illa ga mace da wasu kan haifar da rashin sake haihuwa ga matar a nan gaba.'' (Makasidus Shar'iyyatil Islamiyya wa Alakatiha bi Adillatis Shar'iyya, shafi 276).
 
 4. Gargadi kan kore nasaba ko tabbatar da ita ga wani:
 
 Allah Madaukaki Ya ce: ''Ku kira su ga ubanninsu, shi ne mafi adalci a wurin Allah. To, idan ba ku san ubanninsu ba, to' 'yan uwanku a addini da dimajojinku…'' (Ahzab:5).
 
 Ibnu Kasir ya ce: ''Allah Ya yi umarni da a mayar da nasaba ta wajen kiran 'ya'ya da sunan ubanninsu idan an san su. Idan kuma ba a san su ba, to 'yan uwansu ne a addini kuma damajojinsu: ma'ana musaya daga abin da ya kubuce musu na nasaba.'' (Tafsirul kur'anil Azim, mujalladi na 3 shafi na 514).
 
 Shaukani ya ce: ''Allah Ya nuna balo-balo abin da ya wajaba a kan bayi na kiran 'ya'ya da (sunayen) ubanninsu.'' (Fathul kadir, mujalladi na 4 shafi na 261).
 
 An karbo daga Abu Zarri (RA) cewa'' ''Lallai ya ji Annabi (SAW) yana cewa: ''Babi wani namiji da za a kira ba da sunan mahaifinsa ba, alhali ya san haka, face ya kafirta da Allah. Kuma wanda ya jingina kansa da wasu mutane alhali bai da nasaba da su, to ya nemi mazauninsa a wuta.'' (Buhari a Kitabul Manakib da Muslim a Al-Iman).
 
 A karbo daga Wa'ila bin Aska'u (RA) ya ce: ''Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce: ''Yana daga cikin mafi girman kirkirar karya, mutum ya kira kansa da sunan da ba na mahaifinsa ba, ko idanuwansa su ga abin da ba su gani ba, ko ya fada ga Manzon Allah (SAW) abin da bai fada ba.'' (Buhari a Kitabul Manakib).
 
 Kuma daga Abu Huraira (RA) ya ce: ''Lallai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce: ''Kada ku ki ubanninku, (ku juya musu baya) duk wanda ya ki ubansa ya kafirta.'' (Buhari a Fara'id da Muslim a Al-Iman). Daga Sa'ad bin Abu Wakkas da Abu Bukrata (RA) dukkansu suna cewa: ''Na ji shi da kunnena kuma zuciyata ta kiyaye shi Annabi Muhammad (SAW) yana cewa: ''Duk wanda ya yi da'awa (ya jingina kansa) da wani ubansa alhali yana sane cewa ba ubansa ba ne, to Aljanna ta haramta gare shi.'' (Buhari a Fara'id da Muslim a Al-Iman).
 
 Alhafiz ya ce: ''A cikin Hadisin akwai haramta ciruwa daga nasabar (mutum) da aka sani zuwa ga da'awar wata (nasabar).'' (Fathul Bari, mujalladi na 6, shafi na 625).
 
 Sashin wasu masu sharhi sun ce: ''Sababin jingina kafirci a nan shi ne saboda yi wa Allah karya, kamar yana cewa: ''Allah Ya halicci ne daga ruwan wane, alhali ba haka ba ne, kamar Ya halitta shi daga wani.'' (Fathul Bari, mujalladi na 12, shafi na 56).
