Kacici-ka-cicin Addini, Hukunce-hukuncen Manuniya kan azumin nafila bayan na Ramadan (7)

Da sunan Allah, Mai rahma, Mai jinkai. Lallai dukkan godiya da yabo na Allah ne. Muna gode maSa, kuma muna neman taimakonSa da gafararSa, muna neman tsarinSa daga sharrin kawunanmu da munanan ayyukanmu. Lallai wanda Allah Ya shiryar, babu maibatar da shi, wanda kuma Allah Yabatar, babu mai shiryar da shi. Ina shaidawa babu abin bauta wa bisa cancanta, sai Allah, Shi kadai, ba Shi da abokin tarayya, kuma ina shaidawa Muhammadu bawanSa ne, ManzonSa ne (SAW).

Allah Ya dada tsira da aminci ga ManzonSa da alayensa da sahabbansa da duk wanda ya bi tafarkinsu har zuwa Ranar karshe.

Bayan haka, mun kwana bayan mun gabatar da nau'in azumi na hudu da aka yi hanin yin sa, a karkashin kanun ‘Kwanakin da aka haka azumi a cikinsu', yau ga ci gaba daga:

5. Azumin Shekara (Daharu -Tutur): An samo daga Abdullah Ibn Amr (Allah Ya yarda da shi), cewa yayin da labari ya iske Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), cewa Abdullahi yana azumi tutur, sai ya ce, "Babu azumi ga wanda yake azumi tutur; babu azumi ga wanda yake azumi tutur; babu azumi ga wanda yake azumi tutur." Sahihin Hadisi ne na Buhari, Hadisi na 1,977 da Muslim, Hadisi na 1,159.

Haka nan a Hadisin Abu kattadah, inda Umar (Allah Ya yarda da su), ya ce, "Ya Ma'aikin Allah, me kake gani ga wanda ya azumci shekara gaba daya?' Sai ya ce, "Bai yi azumi ba, kuma bai sha ruwa (bai ci abinci) ba." Sahihin Hadisi ne na Muslim, a Hadisi na 1,162.

Saboda haka an hana azumtar shekara tutur, koda mutum yana jin yana iyawa, wato ba ya samun kunci ko wani rauni ko kasalar yi. Haka abin yake ko da yana barin azumtar kwanakin da aka yi hani a cikinsu, ko kuma in ya azumce su ma, wato babu bambanci game da hanin. Allah shi ne Mafi sani!

Shin an shar'anta Azumin Rajab?

Wani hukunci bai zo daga Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), ko sahabbansa da ya kevance wani azumi (na musamman) a watan Rajab ba. Hadisan ma da suka yi magana kan yin azumi a cikin watan Rajab musamman, dukansu da'ifai (masu rauni) ne ko ma dai a ce maudu'ai (wadanda ake kirkira) da kuma na karya (makzubai), kamar yadda aka bayyana a Majmu'ul Fatawa, mujalladi na 25, shafi na 290 da Lada'iful Ma'aarif, shafi na 228 da Assubulul Jarar, mujalladi na 2, shafi na 143.

Ba ya inganta a hasashi azumin Rajab a kevance, ko kuma a kevance azumtar farkonsa. Hasali ma dai Umar (Allah Ya yarda shi), ya kasance yana duka a kan azumtarsa. An samo daga Kharsata bin Alhar inda ya ce, "Na ga Umar yana dukan wadansu mutane a cikin watan Rajab, har sai da ya kora su zuwa ga wani akushin abinci, yana ce musu, ‘Ku ci! Shi wannan wata ne wanda mutanen Jahiliyya suka kasance suna girmamawa."' Sahihin Asar (zancen sahabi) ne na Ibn Abu Shaibah a mujalladi na 3, shafi na 102 da Ibnu Kasir, a cikin Musannad Alfaruuk, mujalladi na 1, shafi na 285.

Haka nan an samo daga Muhammad bin Zaid inda ya ce, "Ibn Umar (Allah Ya yarda da su), ya kasance idan ya ga mutane da abin da suke tattali don Rajab, sai ya nuna kyamarsa kan haka." Ibn Abu Shaibah ya fitar da wannan Asar din a littafinsa, a mujalladi na 3, shafi na 102.

Haka nan an samo daga Adda'u inda ya ce, "Ibn Abbas (Allah Ya yarda da su), ya kasance yana hana a azumci watan Rajab dukansa, saboda kada a rike shi (yin hakan) a matsayin wani al'amari na musamman (kamar Idi)." Sahihin Asar ne na Abdurrazzak (7,854).

Sai dai wani sashi na ma'abuta ilimi ya tafi a kan mustahabbancin azumin Rajab, saboda kasancewarsa cikin watannin hurumci (Asshurul Hurum -watanni masu daraja da alfarma da aka haramta yaki a cikinsu). Wannan zance kuwa yana cikin littafin Almajmu'u, mujalladi na 6, shafi na 386 da Mukaddimatu Ibn Rushud, mujalladi na 1, shafi na 242; da Nailul Awdaar, mujalladi na 4, shafi na 293.

Abu Malik Kamal (Sahih Fikhus Sunnah, mujalladi na 2, shafi na 130), ya ce, "Na ce, "Watanni masu daraja (Asshurul Hurum), lallai Allah Ta'ala Ya kevance su da ambato kuma Ya hana a yi zalunci a cikinsu, duk don matsayinsu. Allah Ya ce, "Sani dai, lissafin watanni a wurin Allah, wata goma sha biyu ne a cikin Littafin Allah, tun a yinin da Ya halicci sammai da kasa, a cikinsu akwai guda hudu masu alfarma, wancan shi ne mikakken addini, don haka kada ku zalunci kawunanku a cikinsu…" (Tauba, aya ta 36 – Tarjama da Sharhin Ma'anonin Alkur'ani na Sheikh Ja'afar Mahmud Adam). Wannan hani ne na a kutsa cikin yin zunubi a wadannan watanni saboda zalunci da Allah Ya haramta a wajenSa, kuma ana nunnunka ukuba a cikinsu idan aka yi zunubi, kamar yadda ake nunnunka lada idan aka yi ayyukan kwarai. Sai dai shin hakan yana nufin a kevance watannin ne da azumi a tsakanin watannin da ba su ba?

"A'a, musamman ma dai da yake ba wani Hadisi ingantacce da ya yi nuni da haka daga wajen Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Kodayake wani zance ya zo daga Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), da ya ce wa wani mutum Albahili, "Ka yi azumi a cikin watannin hurum (alfarma), kuma ka huta (wato ba duka gaba daya ba)." To wannan zance mai rauni (da'ifi) ne. Da'ifin Hadisi ne na Abu Dawuda, Hadisi na 2,428 da Annasa'i, a cikin Alkubra, Hadisi na 2,743 da Ahmad, mujalladi na 5, Hadisi na 28.

"Wannan, saboda ita aya mai girman nan, tana da wata fuska ta daban a wani tafsirinta, wanda yake nunin cewa manufar fadinSa Ta'ala, "…don haka kada ku zalunci kawunanku a cikinsu…" ita ce "Kada ku musanya haramcin da ke cikinsu zuwa ga halal ko ku mayar da halaccin cikinsu ya koma haramci." (Tafsirin Addabariy, mujalladi na 6, shafi na 366).

"Abin da yake tabbatacce dai shi ne yin azumi cikin watan Almuharram, kamar yadda bayaninsa ya gabata (a mukalarmu ta ranar Jumu'a 17-7-15). Amma shi azumin Rajab da kevance shi da azumin, ballantana ma a ce an kudurce cewa yana da wata falala ta daban, to bai inganta ba, ba ya ma halatta a yi haka, saboda azumi a cikinsa ba abin kambamawa ba ne, kamar dai yadda ya kasance ake yi a zamanin Jahiliyya. Ba za a sanya shi abin da aka doge a kansa ba, ko kuma a kevance wadansu kwanuka a cikinsa da za a rika hasashen azumtar su, ko kuma wadansu darare da za a rika tsayuwa a cikinsu don ibada ba, ta yadda mutum zai yi tunanin yin haka wata Sunnah ce. Idan kuwa azumi a cikin Rajab ya kuvuta daga duk wadannan tunane-tunane, to babu laifi, balle damuwa a cikin yin azumin. Allah ne Mafi sani." (A duba wani littafi Tabyinil Ajab Bi Ma Warada Fiy Fadli Rajab na Alhafiz Ibn Hajar, shafi na 70).

Za mu dakata a nan, sai mako na gaba, in Allah Ya kai mu, mu yi magana a kan ko mene ne hukuncin kevantar ranar Asabar da azumi. Wassalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh!
