Illolin zina da luwadi da madigo (1)

Da sunan Allah, Mai rahma, Mai jinkai. Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga mafificin Manzanni, Muhammadu dan Abdullahi, (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) tare da alayensa da sahabbansa. Bayan haka, wannan tsokaci ne a kan ma'ana da illolin zina da luwadi da madigo da kuma hukuncin kowanensu a karkashin shari'ar Musulunci da Dokta Muhammad Rabi'u Umar Rijiyar Lemo ya rubuto kuma muka ga ya dace a sanya a wannan fili don amfanin jama'a. Ina rokon Allah Ya sa abin ya yi tasiri a kan kowane Musulmi. Bismillah!

Ma'anar zina da hukuncinta:

Lafazin zina a shari'ance yana nufin saduwa da mace ba tare da an yi aure, ko an mallake ta a matsayin baiwa ba. Sai dai akan yi amfani da lafazin zina a kan abin da bai kai saduwa ba, kamar yadda ya zo a Hadisin Abu Huraira (Allah Ya yarda da shi) ) ya ce, Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya ce: "An rubuta wa dan Adam rabonsa na zina, babu makawa sai ya same shi, zinar idanu ita ce gani, zinar kunnuwa ita ce ji, zinar harshe ita ce magana, zinar hannu ita ce damka, zinar kafa ita ce taku, zuciya kuwa tana kwadayi tana fata, farji kuma shi yake gaskata haka ko ya karyata." Muslim.

Layya da hukunce-hukuncenta

Abin da ake cewa Layya shi ne duk wani abu da aka yanka domin neman kusanci ga Allah. Layya na da asali a cikin Alkur'ani da Hadisin Annabi (SAW). Allah (TWT) Yana cewa: "Ka yi Sallah ga Ubangijinka kuma ka yi yanka." (Kausar: 2) A Hadisi kuwa Anas Bin Malik (RA) ya ruwaito cewa: "Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi Layya da raguna biyu bakake, masu kahonni. Ya yanka su da hannunsa, ya yi bisimillah ya yi kabbara, ya kwantar da su ta gefensu." (Muslim).

A shekara ta biyu Bayan Hijira aka shar'anta yin Layya kuma sunnah ce mai karfi a kan:

1. Musulmi da, namiji ko mace. Tana zama sunnah a kan mutum ga kansa da iyayensa, idan talakawa ne, da 'ya'yansa maza da ba su balaga ba ko mata da ba su yi aure ba. Ba sunnah ba ce mutum ya yanka wa matarsa ko dansa da aka haifa a ranar Layyar.

2. Kada ya kasance mahajjaci, domin shi mahajjaci, hadaya ce a kansa.

3. Ya zama ba matalauci ne ba, da ke cikin tsananin bukata. Amma zai iya cin bashi ya yi Layyar, idan ya san zai iya biya, ba tare da takura ba. Wasu malamai sun ce kada mutum ya ci ba shi domin yin Layya.

Dabbobin da ake yin Layya su ne: Rago wanda ya shekara, taure sai ya shiga shekara ta biyu. Sa, wanda ya shekara uku, rakumi sai ya kai shekara biyar. A wajen Layya, rago ya fi falala, sai taure, sai sa, sai rakumi. Kwadaitarwa kan yin azumi a cikin watan Sha'aban

Da sunan Allah, Mai rahma, Mai jinkai. Lallai dukkan godiya da yabo na Allah ne. Muna gode maSa, kuma muna neman taimakonSa da gafararSa, muna neman tsarinSa daga sharrin kawunanmu da munanan ayyukanmu. Lallai wanda Allah Ya shiryar, babu mai batar da shi, wanda kuma Allah Ya batar, babu mai shiryar da shi. Ina shaidawa babu abin bautawa bisa cancanta, sai Allah, Shi kadai, ba Ya da abokin tarayya, kuma ina shaidawa Muhammadu bawanSa ne, ManzonSa ne (SAW). Allah Ya dada tsira da aminci ga ManzonSa da alayensa da sahabbansa da duk wanda ya bi tafarkinsu har zuwa Ranar karshe.

Bayan haka, yau 6 ga watan Sha'aban, shekara ta 1437 Bayan Hijira, mukalarmu za ta yi tsokaci ne kan kwadaitarwa game da yin azumi a cikin wannan wata, kamar dai yadda kanunta ya nuna.

Shi watan Sha'aban, kamar yadda ya kamata kowane Musulmi ya sani, shi ne wata na takwas a cikin jerin watanni 12 na shekara, wata ne da Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), ya kasance ya fi yawaita yin azumin tadawwu'i a cikinsa.

A cikin littafin Sahihu Fikhus Sunnah Wa Adillatihi… na Abu Malik Kamal bn Assayyid Salim, an gabatar da bayani a karkashin kanun "Azumin Tadawwu'i," wanda ya kamantu da yadda dan uwa mai daraja, Usamatu Abdul'aziz (Allah Ya ba shi lada), ya yi a littafinsa "Azumin Tadawwu'i: Falala da Hukunce-hukunce."

Da sunan Allah, Mai rahama, Mai jinkai. Dukkan yabo da godiya na Allah ne, Ubagijin halittu, Wanda da ni'imarSa kyawawan abubuwa suke cika. Tsira da Amincin Allah su kara tabbata ga mafificin halittu, Manzon Allah, Muhammadu dan Abdullahi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), wanda Allah Ya aiko shi, ya kasance jinkai ga talikai, kuma manuni zuwa ga samun alheran duniya da Lahira; (Amincin Allah ya tabbata ga alayensa da sahabbansa, sannan da duk wadanda suka bi gurabunsa cikin kyautatawa har zuwa Ranar karshe.

Lallai ne, mafi kyawun cikar zance shi ne Littafin Allah (Alkur'ani), kuma mafi alherin shiriya ita ce ta Annabi Muhammadu (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Mafi sharrin al'amari shi ne wanda aka kirkire shi cikin addini; duk abin da aka kirkira cikin addini bata ne, dukkan bata kuma karshenta wuta. Allah Ya kare mu daga gare ta, amin.

Bayan haka, mun kwana a wannan mukala bayan gabatar da amsar tambayar da aka yi wa marigayi Sheikh Ja'afar Mahmud Adam a kan haka, to yau, in Allah Ya so, za mu ga amsar shehunan malamai biyu kamarhaka:

Yayin da ya amsa tambayar mene ne hukuncin daga hannaye da addu'a bayan Sallah, a cikin littafinsa Fatawal Akidah wa Ma'aha Fatawas Siyam wal Hajji waz Zakkah was Salah, Sheikh Muhammad bn Salihul Usaimin ya ce:

Da sunan Allah, Mai rahma, Mai jinkai. Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga mafificin manzanni, Muhammadu dan Abdullahi, sallallahu alaihi wasallam, tare da alayensa da sahabbansa.

Bayan haka, mun kwana a karshen bayanin manuniya kan cewa kofar tuba a bude take, yau, saboda mu samu armashin kawo karashen mukalar, za mu gabatar da ita ne daga farkon maganar tuba, kamar haka:

Wani ko wata zai ko za ta iya tunanin cewa, "Yanzu na ji wa'azi, to yaya zan yi in tuba in daina, kuma shin ma Allah zai karbi tuban nawa, bayan dukkan wadannan abubuwa da na aikata?" Sai mu ce:

Babu wani zunubi a bayan kasa da Allah ba Ya gafarta shi, matukar dai mai yin sa ya tuba, tuba ingantacciya, saboda Allah Yana cewa, "Ka ce, ya ku bayiNa wadanda suka yi wa kansu barna kada ku debe kauna ga rahamar Allah, hakika Allah Yana gafarta zunubai gaba daya, lallai shi Allah, Mai gafara ne, Mai jinkai". (Surar Azzumar, aya ta 53). Sannan Manzon Allah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya ce: "Allah Ya sanya wata kofa a wajen mafadar rana, fadinta tafiyar shekara saba'in ce, saboda tuba, ba kuma za a rufe wannan kofar ba, matukar dai rana ba ta bullo daga inda kofar take ba". Tirmizi ne ya rawaito wannan hadisi.

Bayan haka, mun karanci bayanai kan ma'ana da illolin zina da luwadi da madigo da kuma hukuncinsu, to yau ga ci gaba daga manuniya ne kan:

Hanyoyin Kare Kai Daga Zina Da Luwadi Da Madigo

Saboda hikimar Ubangiji da rahamarSa, duk abin da Ya haramta wa bayi, to za a bude wata kofar da mutum zai biya bukatarsa ba tare da ya afka wa wancan abin da Allah Ya hana din ba. Wannan abu haka yake a nan ma, domin dai mun ji irin tarin illolin da suke tattare da yin zina da luwadi da madigo, to amma babu yadda namiji ko mace za su rayu ba tare da sun sami inda za su zubar da sha'awarsu idan ta taso ba, saboda haka sai Musulunci ya halatta wadannan abubuwa masu zuwa don kauce wa afkawa cikin zina:

1. AURE: Allah Madaukakin Sarki Ya halatta wa maza su auri mata, inda yake cewa: "To ku auri abin da kuke so na mata, bibbiyu (ko) uku-uku (ko) hurhudu. Idan kuwa kuna tsoron ba za ku iya adalci ba, to ku auri daya, ko kuma abin da damarku ta mallaka. Wannan shi ne abin da zai sa ba za ku karkace ba." (Annisa'i: 3).

Bayan haka, mun kwana a karshen illa ta 5 daga cikin illolin luwadi, yau ga ci gaba daga illa ta:

6. Luwadi yana haifar da munanan cututtuka, irin su rashin rike bayan gida, kuraje, sanya zuciya ta yi baki wuluk, bacewar basira da kyakkyawan tunani, rashin kunya da sauransu.

7. Luwadi yana kawo kaskanci da wulakanci da tozarta, a duniya da Lahira.

8. Saduwa da mace ta dubura mummunan abu ne, wanda Ibnul kayyim – Allah Ya yi masa rahama – yake cewa, "Ba a taba halatta saduwa da mace ta dubura a harshen wani Annabi da Allah Ya aiko ba."

9. Mai luwadi bai kai darajar dabbobi ba, saboda dabba ma ba ta haka.

Da sunan Allah, Mai rahma, Mai jinkai. Lallai dukkan godiya da yabo na Allah ne. Muna gode maSa, kuma muna neman taimakonSa da gafararSa, muna neman tsarinSa daga sharrin kawunanmu da munanan ayyukanmu. Lallai wanda Allah Ya shiryar, babu maibatar da shi, wanda kuma Allah Yabatar, babu mai shiryar da shi. Ina shaidawa babu abin bauta wa bisa cancanta, sai Allah, Shi kadai, ba Shi da abokin tarayya, kuma ina shaidawa Muhammadu bawanSa ne, ManzonSa ne (SAW).

Allah Ya dada tsira da aminci ga ManzonSa da alayensa da sahabbansa da duk wanda ya bi tafarkinsu har zuwa Ranar karshe.

Bayan haka, mun kwana bayan mun gabatar da nau'in azumi na hudu da aka yi hanin yin sa, a karkashin kanun ‘Kwanakin da aka haka azumi a cikinsu', yau ga ci gaba daga:

5. Azumin Shekara (Daharu -Tutur): An samo daga Abdullah Ibn Amr (Allah Ya yarda da shi), cewa yayin da labari ya iske Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), cewa Abdullahi yana azumi tutur, sai ya ce, "Babu azumi ga wanda yake azumi tutur; babu azumi ga wanda yake azumi tutur; babu azumi ga wanda yake azumi tutur." Sahihin Hadisi ne na Buhari, Hadisi na 1,977 da Muslim, Hadisi na 1,159.

Haka nan a Hadisin Abu kattadah, inda Umar (Allah Ya yarda da su), ya ce, "Ya Ma'aikin Allah, me kake gani ga wanda ya azumci shekara gaba daya?' Sai ya ce, "Bai yi azumi ba, kuma bai sha ruwa (bai ci abinci) ba." Sahihin Hadisi ne na Muslim, a Hadisi na 1,162.

Menene Hunkunci Azumtar Watan Rajab??

Amsa: Babu wani hadisin da ya tabbata daga bakin Manzon Allah ko aikinsa wanda ya nuna cewa Manzon Allah (saw) ya lazimci azumin watan Rajab tun daga farkonsa har qarshensa. Kuma ba a samu wani daga cikin sahabbai ko tabi'ai ko tabi'uttabi'ina ko kuma wadanda suka biyo bayansu daga cikin magabata na qwarai da suka lazimci yin wannan ba. Kai bari ma, abin da ya zo a hadisin da ya tabbata shi ne cewa Manzon Allah ya lazimci yin azumi mai yawa ne a cikin watan Sha'aban, amma ba a cikin watan Rajab ba. Saboda haka duk wanda yake son bin ingantacciyar sunnar manzon Allah (saw) sai ya lazimci yin azumi mai yawa a cikin watan Sha'aban, kamar yadda manzon Allah (saw) ya lazimce shi.

Sai dai akwai hadisai masu yawa da aka qago su kuma aka jingina su ga manzon Allah (saw) musamman a kan azumtar watan Rajab baki dayansa, da yin salloli a cikin dararensa baki daya, da kuma yin wadansu zikirai daban dabam da bikin daren Isra'i da Mi'iraji wadanda dukkaninsu ba su tabbata daga manzon Allah (saw) Kuma akwai qage-qagen ma da aka qara a kan wadancan hadisan, wandanda ake yinsu a wadansu wuraren, kamar abin da ake kira AZUMIN TSOFAFFI. Shi ma bai tabbata ba a cikin Al-qur'ani ko hadisin manzon Allah (saw) ko kuma aikin magabata na qwarai. Kai qarewa ma, lafazin ma babu shi a cikin rubutun arabiyya, a gan shi a rubuce cewa AZUMIN TSOFAFFI, ko da na qarya ne.

4- Imani da littafan Allah swt, 5- Imani da ranar Lahira.

6- Imani da kaddara mai dadi da mara dadi.

Wannan mas'ala babu sabani a cikinta tsakanin Malaman Sunnah; saboda dalilai da yawa daga cikinsu akwai: Fadar Allah cikin surar Nisaa'i aya ta 23 ((Kuma kada ku hada tsakanin Ya da Kanwa saifa abin da ya riga ya wuce)). Da kuma wasu hadithan Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah, daga cikinsu akwai hadithi na 2243 da Imam Abu Dawud ya ruwaito, da hadithi na 1952 da Imam Ibnu Majah ya rueaito, da hadithi na 4631 da Imam Ahmad ya ruwaito, da hadithi na 4156 da Imam Ibnu Hibban ya ruwaito dukkansu da isnadi sahihi cewa Sahabi Wahb Al-Asadiy ya musulunta alhalin yana da mata 8 sai Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah ya ce da shi ya zabi 4 kawai daga cikinsu. Haka nan ya faru da sahabi Gailan Bin Salamah, haka nan ya faru da sahabi Qais Bin Al-Harith.

2. Amma su Malaman Sunnah sun yi sabani game da idan mai mata 4 ya saki guda a cikinsu saki yankakke watau: saki na 3 ko kuwa sakin Khul'i, ko yana da damar ya daura wa wata matar aure kafin iddar wannan da ya saken ta kare? Akwai mazhabobi biyu na Malamai cikin wannan mas'ala:-

ABUBUWANDA BAYA HALATTA GA MAI I'ITIKAFI

1• JIMA'I: Yin jima'i da sumbatar mace da wasa da ita baya halatta ga mai i'itikafi da dare ko da rana, idan kuma har hakan ya faru to i'itikafin ya 6aci, saboda hani akan wannan yazo cikin alqur'ani mai girma, ALLAH (SWT) Yana cewa: "kada kuyi mubashara da mata alhali kuna masu i'itikafi acikin masallatai" .

(Surah ta 2 aya ta 187)

2• FITA DOMIN GANIN MARAR LAFIYA: Ba ya halatta ga mai i'itikafi ya fita zuwa ganin marar lafiya a gida ko a asibiti.

3• JANA'IZA: Ba ya halatta ga mai i'itikafi ya halarci sallar gawa sai dai idan sallar gawar ta kasance acikin masallacin da yake i'itikafi ne to zai iya yin sallar gawar tare da Liman. Kar ya fita sai fitar da bata da makawa, saboda Aisha (RA) tace:

"Abunda yake sunnah ga mai i'itikafi kar ya gaida marar lafiya, kar ya halarci jana'iza (sallar gawa) kar yayi jima'i da mace, kuma kar ya shafeta shafar jin dadi" .

SHARUDAN I'ITIKAFI

1• MASALLATAI: Yin i'itikafi baya inganta sai acikin masallatai.

Saboda ALLAH (SWT)
Yace: "Kada ku yi mubashara da mata alhali kuna masu i'itikafi acikin masallatai" .

(surah ta 2 aya ta 187)
Amma ba kowane masallaci ake i'itikafi acikinsa ba, domin yazo acikin Hadith cewa:

"Babu i'itikafi (cikakke)
sai a masallatai uku" wato Masallacin Makkah, Masallacin Qudus da Masallacin Madina" (Hadith ne ingantacce malamai sun inganta shi)
Amma wannan Hadith ba yana kore yin i'itikafi bane acikin wanin wadannan masallatai bane, sai dai yana kore cikar ladar i'itikafi a wani masallacin na daban.

2• MUSULUNCI: sharadi ne mai i'itikafi ya kasance musulmi domin ba'a kar6an i'itikafin Kafiri.

•I'ITIKAFI: malamai sunyi bayanin ma'anar i'itikafi cewa shine tsayuwa akan wani abu, ta wannan ma'anar ne ake cewa wanda ya zauna masallaci yana ibada acikinsa, wanda ya ke6e domin bautar ALLAH (SWT).

Haqiqa ALLAH (SWT) Ya shar'antawa bayinsa yin i'itikafi, wanda manufar hakan ita ce komawar zuciya ga ALLAH (SWT)
domin neman kusanci da neman yardarSa, Kuma ALLAH ne ke debewa mai i'itikafi kewa a lokacin da ya nisanci mutanen dake debe masa kewa domin zai ke6antu ne da ambaton ALLAH, kuma haqiqa ALLAH yana son masu ambatonsa.

ALLAH (SWT) Yace:

"Kada ku yi mubashara (hada jiki) da mata alhali kuna masu yin i'itikafi a masallatai" .

FALALAR KWANA GOMA (10) NA QARSHEN WATAN RAMADAN !!!

MARABA DA WATAN RAMADAN [16]

Kwanakin watan Ramadan dukkansu akwai falala acikinsu, sai dai mafi falalarsu sune kwanaki 10 na qarshe. Saboda ayoyin Alqur'ani da Hadithai ingantattu sun zo da bayanin falalarsu. Daga cikin falalar wadannan kwanaki akwai:-

1• Acikinsu ne ake dacewa da daren Lailatul Qadr, ba a nemansa acikin sauran kwanaki face acikin kwana 10 na qarshen Ramadan, saboda Hadithin Aisha (RA)
tace:

Manzon ALLAH (SAW)
Yace: "Ku nemi Lailatul Qadr acikin marar kwanaki 10 na qarshen watan Ramadan" .

2• Lallai Manzon ALLAH (SAW) Ya himmantu kuma ya kula sosai da wadannan kwanaki 10 na qarshen watan Ramadan, saboda idan suka zo Manzon ALLAH (SAW) Yana daura gyautonsa (damara) ya dage da ibada ya nisanci iyalansa, yayi ta ayyukan alkhayri da Da'a zuwa ga Ubangijinsa a Masallacinsa.
