In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

All praise is due to Allah, we praise Him and seek his help and His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil in ourselves and the evil of our deeds.

Whom ever Allah guides, none will be misguided and whoever Allah misguides will never be guided. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of being worshiped except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His messenger.

To proceed:

To my beloved Islamic nation in general and to our long suffering soldiers on the fronts and battlegrounds, to the people of knowledge and merit, to the leaders of the jihad groups and the members of their Shura Councils.

To the Chiefs of the proud Free Tribes and to my fellow Mujahideen, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.

My address today is about the conspiracies that are being plotted by the Zionist Crusader alliance and led by America in collaboration with its agents in the region in order to steal the fruit of the blessed jihad in the land of the Rafidain and what our duty is to disrupt these schemes.

We all know that America has been pursuing various military and political means to root its forces in Iraq. When it reached the limits of its military, it increased its political and media activity in order to deceive the Muslims and lure the tribes by buying their souls and establishing councils of mischief like the Awakening Councils.

Many proud, Free Tribes refused to join. They refused to sell their religion and their honor. I ask Allah to grant them steadfastness and make them supporters to Islam and to bless them with families and money. May Allah reward them.

However some weaker people responded and among them was the misguided and mislead Abed As-Sattar Abu Risha and some of his family, those who betrayed the religion and the nation and brought upon themselves, and those who followed them, disgrace and scandal and dishonor – a dishonor that will follow them forever unless they repent.

And the worst merchants are those who trade their religion and the religion of their followers for this life. Even though they didn't enjoy it and the lion of Islam has rushed them with killing as a punishment and deterrent for others and Bush and his soldiers never benefited them. They lost this life and the hereafter and that is the biggest loss.

I advise those who followed the path of seduction to wash away that infidelity and disgrace with sincere repentance.

Allah said:

"Except for those who repent after that and do righteous deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." Quran 3:89

So recruiting the hypocrites among the tribal chiefs is one axis, and another axis is America pursuing through its agents in the region a new loyal government, a government to replace the Maliki government and that calls itself the National Unity government. This title attracts many people especially those who are tired of war and therefore the Muslims must understand the reality of this government before they welcome it.

The National Unity government intends to meet all spectrums of people in an effort to idolize the homeland over any sacred thing. Homeland is the uppermost word and it is to be above everything with the goal that the people will meet in the middle and accept half solutions.

The Baathists and other parties would be required to give up some of their principles and the Muslims would be required to give up some of their religion. It will be necessary for the Muslims to accept the rule of a man-made constitution in place of Islamic Shariah.

Participation in this is a major Shirk (sin) that leads to kufur (unbelief) and Hell; we seek refuge in Allah from it.

Under the name of homeland and the nationality, the Gulf States supported America's violation of Iraq. Its people suffered in agony and all of that was in order to prevent the state from being wiped from the map, so they allege. The truth is they are afraid of being erased themselves – not the state. Their previous ally Saddam was erased but Iraq wasn't.

Under the name of homeland and the nationality the Crusaders are being empowered in the land of Mesopotamia by appointing a puppet government loyal to America that endorses in advance American bases in Iraq and that gives the Americans whatever oil they want oil under the oil law in order to continue to subject Iraq under the absolute domination of the rest of the region.

Unfortunately some major parties and groups that are attributed with having knowledge and commitment to jihad are participating in this treason.
Some of these leaders are directly cooperating with the Americans as did the leader of the "Islamic Party" who called frankly to conclude security agreements for a long term with America. People saw also other leaders coordinating indirectly via the agents of America in the region especially the governor of the Land of Haram (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for Riyadh could never support and sustain these leaders except on the condition of acceptance of the project of the national unity government. The sincere ones must learn a lesson from the fate of the Hamas leadership whereas its leaders renounced their religion when they couldn't achieve any worldly gain. They obeyed the Riyadh governor and others by joining a national unity government and by accepting the unjust international conventions. So will the truthful ones from HAMAS move to set right its path?

As rulers of Riyadh lured Hamas leaders so they are trying to lure the Jihad groups in Iraq. They allow some groups members to move freely in the Gulf countries to take the financial support unofficially. If it were done in the open, these groups would refuse it, so the support is passed under the guise of collecting donations from some unofficial scholars. The reality is that they are partisans to the governments and are trying to execute their policy in Iraq which is pulling the carpet from underneath the feet of the honest and truthful Mujahideen. The role of these partisans is to convince these groups' leaders to accept a national unity government and inciting them to spread biased propaganda against the Islamic State of Iraq and to fighting it if possible. This is one of the hidden secrets of the fierce military and media campaign against it.

I wonder how these leaders breached this trust and coordinated the invasion of Iraq with their greatest enemies including the governor of Riyadh whose treacherous support to America is well known. Is this hidden from the Muslim boys and Mujahideen leaders that this governor is the most important agent of America in the region? He is responsible for forcibly driving and seducing honorable men to the way of sin in favor of America. He is satisfied, despite being nine decades old, with the way of treachery of the religion and the nation as well as submission to the will of the Zionist-Crusader Alliance. And what a bad way their way is however we hope that the sincere ones return back to the right path.

Advocates of this approach justify their coordination with the nation's enemies from the region's governors and their agents through terror and horrific misfortunes the Muslims were subjected to at the hands of al-Sadr army and Badr Corps under the leadership of Abid al-Aziz al-Hakim, and the members of Dawa Party within the Maliki's government and outside it. I say the crimes of those criminals exceeded all the limits and what they do to the Muslims is unbelievable but it is the reality that our brothers in Iraq face. Those people intend to spread their crimes outside Iraq, and despite all this these crimes can be stopped by trusting in Allah then by unifying the Mujahideen's efforts to fight the invaders and their supporters, aiding the Muslim Mujahideen and providing them with all of what they need.

For the Amir Abu Musab al-Zarqawi (may the mercy of Allah be upon his soul) and his brothers were the first to raise the banner in the matter of exposing these criminals by fighting them and stopping their expansion. Instead of supporting them you let them down and you frustrated the efforts of the Mujahideen to fight these criminals. You divided the fighting into two divisions, deeming the fighting against the Americans an honorable resistance and deeming the fighting against the apostate militias, the police and members of the army despite their being America's supporters and tools of the occupation that kills its people, as dishonorable. You disowned these people even though these divisions have not been sent down from Allah.

The Prophet (pbuh) fought his cousins from the Quraish tribe. It is the religion that safeguards the blood and prevents killing, not the ancestry or the homeland. And dozens of your friends from unofficial subjected partisans to the governors agreed with you concerning this devious methodology in the Land of Haram (the so-called Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and other countries. This methodology provided the opportunity to these militias to continue to harm the land and its people.

You seek the salvation but do not take its way
The ship doesn't march over the land.

Then, if you truly want to repulse the evil of those criminals that has forced you to be partisans of the infidels and the apostate governments, would it not be your duty to speak out frankly to your brothers who trusted you and obeyed you to form an Islamic State? Would it not be your duty to inform them that you are incapable of achieving what you agreed to with them? Or are you satisfied with a National Unity government that in reality is an idolatrous unity government where the highest word is not Allah's but rather it is nationhood and its governor. I ask those who blundered to fear Allah for themselves and their nation, and not to throw away the pure blood that has been spilled for the religion to rise but rather to empower the Muslim State. I ask them to return to the truth for returning to the truth is better than carrying on in falsehood.

My fellow Mujahideen, what then is our duty to thwart these dangerous conspiracies aimed at stopping the Jihad in Iraq and preventing the Islamic State to be established throughout the land that will be support and help all Muslim people everywhere. How should we frustrate America's plan of dividing Iraq and make Iraq the first line of defense for our nation?

I confirm that the greatest obligation is to unite the efforts of all truthful Mujahideen to stand shoulder to shoulder as one rank in fighting so that the word of Allah will reign supreme and to spare no effort to disrupt their conspiracies. It is worth mentioning here a previous attempt to unify the Afghan Mujahideen leaders that is relevant here that we undertook with Sheikh Abdul Allah Azzam (mercy of Allah be upon him). After months of trying to achieve unity between the leaders and removing the obstacles some claimed to be the factors that were preventing it, they quickly invented others until we reached the result summarized by Sheikh Abdul Allah Azzam. His words express the difficulty of the mission and the loyalty of the Amir's to their leadership when he said: "Can the Riyadh governor set aside his leadership for the Jordan governor and vice versa in order to unify the nation? The brothers answered, "No – it is impossible." Azzam said, "It is the same. Sayyaf will never relinquish leadership for Rabbani and vice versa".

One of the Mujahideen had a correct opinion about these leaders. He was advanced in age and experienced in life and with people. At that time we used to reject his opinion but I will try to summarize it with this. "They are merchants and they care only about their leadership and personal interests and don't care about this matter". We didn't believe his viewpoint and consequently we were tardy in realizing the correct perspective regarding these people and events that resulted in great harm. After days had passed and events had escalated, the truth of his opinion about many of them was proven to be correct. Most importantly, events confirmed things that we did not believe and that we couldn't even imagine because of our youthfulness and our lack of experience at that time.

But today all of you know full well that the Northern Alliance led by Rabbani and Sayyaf have become the supporters of America against the Mujahideen in Afghanistan. The same case is true today in Iraq, for the Islamic party and other pro-America groups are fighting against the Muslims. It is plainly Kuffur (unbelief) and frankly apostasy. No power or power acquiring except through Allah.

The members of the Islamic party and these resistance groups must disown their leaders and correct the course of their parties and groups. If this is not possible, they must leave these hypocrite leaders, and join the truthful Mujahideen in the land of the Rafedain. In the recent past, America spared no effort to convince the Afghan leaders through the Riyadh and Islamabad governments to join a national unity government along with the communists and seculars who came from the West. Riyadh used some of its unofficial subjects to infiltrate the ranks of the Mujahideen with subjects who were influential speakers that incited Jihad and that brought vast amounts of money to the Mujahideen's leaders.

At a predetermined time, they ask the Afghan leaders to unite with the communists and seculars under the name of the government of national unity. Their agenda was exposed and it became known that they were subjects of the Taghut. They suspended the unity initiative between the Mujahideen leaders by seducing one of them with a lot of money. They promised him that they would support him to become the president but they did not fulfill their promise. This individual impeded our unity initiative until it be clear that his decision was dependent on a Riyadh intelligence chief who personally came to Peshawar to deal with this matter in coordination with the Pakistani intelligence. The intermediaries were two unofficial subjects and it should be noted that the majority of the leaders agreed to participate due to the pressures from Riyadh and Islamabad. Efforts were exerted to frustrate this matter that is beyond explanation.

The Riyadh government is still playing its same malicious role with many of the Islamic and Mujahideen leaders in our nation. Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us. They frustrated the attempts of the unity initiative of the Afghan Mujahideen leaders, because they were a party to the decision of unity and many people can not weigh the value of the Jihad and nation's interests because this malicious government turned things upside down. They showed truth as falseness to Amir and subjects and every one thought that his party was the best qualified to lead the Mujahideen in support of the religion. From this point he held fast to the leadership and viewed the other parties and leaders as on the wrong path while considering his own the righteous one. He became accuser and judge at the same time but he could not rule against himself or retire from the leadership in favor of another leader. If the Muslims gather to nominate him as their leader, their misfortune is the same as the governors in our countries.

When we reflect on their opposition we find that most of these excuses were about things concerning the amalgamation of leadership, but their insistence led to the loss of those necessities that are the most important; religion, the soul and honor. So infidelity appeared in Kabul, corruption became widespread, the roads were closed, blood was spilled, honor was violated, money was stolen, and the Mujahideen were dispersed. The uppermost word in Kabul was in support of the previous president Najib and the parties leaders made the members believe that they had the upper hand in Kabul and they would rule by Shariah. Many of them stayed accepting these lies but the truthful refused to sell their religion for a short-lived life.

So every Mujahideen brother must reflect on the matter and use his mind, He must distinguish between the favorable judgment of the leaders and being intelligent by knowing how to value things and men according to Islam. He must prevent himself to being a blind follower of leaders without understanding anything. Those who remained with the leaders Sayyaf and Rabbani in Kabul still support their leaders against the Muslims despite of what has happened. They support the infidels against the Muslims and this is one of things that makes a person an infidel and places him out of the fold of Islam. They are not excused by making favorable judgment on their leaders; they must disown polytheism and its followers and embrace Islam over again. How many people apostatized because of their fervor for their leaders without guidance? They must reflect on what Allah said:

"And they will say: "Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (Right) Way. Quran 33:67

What the brothers have to learn is that they should never be deceived with party names or leaders. Sayyaf was a prominent leader of the Mujahideen and his party's was named the Islamic Union. He then supported the Americans against the Muslims and this is clear infidelity. It was the same with Rabbani and his party named the Islamic Association and also for Ahmad Shah Masood who went to the crusaders in Europe to present himself publicly as a tool for the destruction of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Even so, some of those who have been mislead claim he is a martyr.

While some of the Afghan leaders slipped, others stood firm by the grace of Allah. They were truthful and honest and among them was Sheikh Younus Khales (may the mercy of Allah be upon him), Sheikh Jalalu Din Hakani (may Allah protect him), and both of them made fatwa's that Jihad against the American is a duty and they both participated in it. The whole world has seen the truthfulness and firmness of the Amir Mujahid Mullah Muhammad Omar in fighting the international infidel alliance. He did not submit to them by renouncing his trust, he refused to relinquish the Shariah or to serve up the Arab immigrants who joined his State to the Americans because they are his brothers in the religion even if this lea to the loss of the Emirate and leadership. Great positions signify that these are great men.

There is a huge difference between the position of Muslim governors and the position of hypocrite governors that coordinate with America in its world war against Islam. The first sacrificed his kingship in favor of his religion and the others sacrifice their religion for their kingship. This difference between them is a difference between Imaan (faith) and infidelity (unbelief). What a difference between the believers, who are true men and the hypocrites!

Some may claim that some of the Afghan leaders who slipped were those who had undertaken Jihad earlier against the Russians so their stumbling must be pardoned. But I say we should make difference between a stumble that must be pardoned and the limits of Allah that must be established. Here we deal with the religion's laws and no one is excluded from it. The woman that stole during the time of the Prophet (pbuh) had earlier embraced Islam and did Hijrah (immigrated) but despite. The Law of Allah was carried out on her to prevent the nation from the path of destruction so reflect on this carefully.

I mentioned these leaders because they did the one thing that makes a person an apostate, which is supporting the infidels against the Muslims. Favoritism to the leaders is a widespread method among many Muslims and that's why the followers of this method deviate from the right path.

The wound returns after a while

We should avoid this by establishing the limit of Allah which is legitimate duty in Islam that cleanses the sinner and protects the Muslim society. Otherwise, it will lead to the way of ruin as the Prophet (pbuh) said:

"What destroyed the ancestors was when the strong among them stole they let him, and when the weak stole they impose and establish the limit on him. By Allah if Fatima (daughter of Muhammad) stole I will cut off her hand".

In summarize, the Mujahideen brothers, especially those in the Shura councils should not provide excuses for the group's leaders to delay unity. They may have real excuses but they shouldn't be an obstacle to unity. Reasonable men know that they should not hold fast to something that is secondary over what is core and necessary, because insisting on these secondary things will lead to the loss of everything.

The Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah's mercy be upon him) said:

"When people leave Allah's orders, enmity and hatred appears among them, and if they disperse they will fail but if they unite they will succeed. Unity is a mercy and disunity is a torment".

As is obvious to all, there are parties, groups and organizations belonging to our nation and include important subjects who have fallen on the way of the Najed governors. One of the factors that impedes unity may be that some leaders have a hidden desire to keep their own leadership. That is the real obstacle. You should not be excessively dedicated to men or parties – dedication must be for the truth. You must follow the truth and taking as examples those who have been martyred because those who are alive could fall into fitna. If you know the truth surely you will know its people.

Here we must mention those who had carried forward acts of unity that delighted the Muslims. For the sake of Allah some leaders of the fighting groups who were rivals joined with some of the Jihadist tribal leaders under the word of monotheism word and pledged allegiance to the noble Sheikh Abu Omar al-Baghdadi as the leader of the Believers within the Islamic State of Iraq. They relinquishment leadership in order to hold fast to the rope of Allah together and this is proof of their truthfulness, justice, impartiality and concern for Muslims interests. May Allah reward them for their gathering is an important, great and blessed step towards the unification of the rest to form a large Muslim group.

Muslims heard that some Amirs and members of some Jihadist groups were disturbed because they didn't attend the meeting. If they are not disturbed, this is correct due to the security conditions that make it difficult for the brothers to connect. Take note that your brothers mentioned that they corresponded with you and waited for approximately two months for you to approve the matter in person your presence may have been too difficult. Some of the best companions were disturbed when the decision was taken on Sakifat Bani Saida without consulting them. On the other hand, Abu Baker, Omar, Abu Obaida and the others (may Allah be pleased with all of them) did not act like this because they wanted to monopolize the matter but rather there were conditions and events that were obvious that compelled them to hurry in taking the decision before consulting the others that were concerned. Fearing Fitna and disunity, those who were disturbed then hurried to pledge allegiance to Abu Baker after a period of time and the allegiance was not revoked so reflect on carefully.

The goal, which is also a religious prerequisite for the Muslims, is to hold fast to the rope of Allah and to gather together under the Emirate of one Amir to establish and support the religion. This matter should be carried out quickly for it is a major requirement in Islam.

Allah Almighty says:

"And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. this Quran), and be not divided among yourselves. Quran 3:103

It is apparent to every man of understanding how numerous the countries affiliated with Islam today are that lack many of the most important conditions of an Islamic State. The main concern is that none of them rule by Allah's Shariah and they all lack complete sovereignty. They claim to be Muslim countries but they cooperate with the United States in its world war against Islam. This cooperation nullifies Islam. Despite all this, many people still consider them Muslim countries with complete sovereignty but this is not valid in Islam.

I say those who were angry because they were not consulted in the establishment of the Islamic State, if they truly desire unity of the Muslims' word, then there is nothing wrong with their anger. However if they claim that the time is not suitable and delay the application of Allah's rule over the years then their anger is not justified. They should not be waited for if they are to disable religious matters. It is because people rose up and lived under the shade of the Islamic State, their senses had been dulled and they could not anticipate the tremendous harm delaying the establishment of the State would cause. Therefore, the brothers should be advised to abandon this. Despite the importance of Shura consultation within the Emirate, the narrations and texts are clear in this matter. There is even a well known saying of Umar Ibn Al-Khattab's (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding this.

Appointing an Amir comes before unity of opinion. If this unity could not be reached like in the circumstance of the Al-Shaqifa treaty, and if the emirate is not to be upheld except after consultation with all persons concerned, Umar Ibn Al-Khattab would not have pledge allegiance to Abu Baker As-Saddiq except after this consultation. Abu Baker wouldn't accept his patronage and most of the companions wouldn't pledge allegiance to him (may Allah be pleased with them all).

If full empowerment is a precondition to the establishment of an Islamic State nowadays, then the Islamic State would never be established. The military superiority of the enemies is well known – they can invade any country and overthrow its government. This is what we have seen in Afghanistan and the Baathist government of Iraq. But the collapse of a state is not the end, and it doesn't mean that the Muslim group and their leader will fall however fighting the infidels must continue, as in the case of Afghanistan, Iraq and Somalia. One should ponder over how the first Islam's State in Medina was established with the battle of Uhud and Al Ahzab. With their hearts in their throats, the gathered parties besieged Medina, the first capital of the first Islam State, and those who consider the Muslims condition when all of the Arab Peninsula apostatized (except few tribes) after the death of the Prophet (pbuh) would know that full empowerment is not a condition for establishment of an Islamic State or pledging allegiance to an Imam.

It is not allowable for those who recognized the Amir of the Islamic State and was pledged allegiance to it not to obey or listen because your government is weak and the enemy can overthrow it!

Oddly, some who bring up these objections and suspicions are living in the Gulf countries like Kuwait. We did not hear this coming from them when the Baathist's overthrew their government. On the contrary, their eloquent speaker said: "We are with legitimacy", meaning that he was with the rulers of Kuwait and those who opposed the rule of Allah were incapable of ruling their country.

O Muslim Brothers

It is a major obligation to work to unit the Muslims under the banner of Tawheed (monotheism) and preventing it is a major sin. The religion will not be all for Allah, the way will not be safe, problems will not be resolved, security will not be stabilized, conspiracies will not be thwarted and the common people of the nation who joined the Jihad will not be assured, and so forth unless there is a Muslim State and an Amir. Allah restrains the Sultan what He does not restrain by the Quran. And one apostates and leaves the Jamiah (Muslim group) how can it be justified that a Muslim halt the establishment of the Islamic State. Therefore, causing hundred of millions of Muslims to living under pagan regimes, this soul is a motivator of apostasy. This matter is of great importance, grave and must not to be postponed, and the Muslims' victory, pride in the life and hereafter are all based upon Muslims unity.

O Muslim Brothers In Iraq

It had been repeated time after time again by sincere Mujahideen to be united years ago. Some answered the appeal and some did not.

If the Amir's of the fighting groups and the members of the Shura councils moved to make right the conditions and seek to gather the Mujahideen under one banner to fight the Crusaders and apostates all together, this is then the obligation for Allah has ordered us to unit, and has forbidden disunity and separation. You see the international infidels all united together, and everyday the wage broad attacks on one of the Islamic countries. Even if all the leaders don't unite and don't pursue gathering the Mujahideen under one banner, unity is a legitimate request and is now a duty. The Prophet (pbuh) said to Hudhaifa Ibn Al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) when he asked him about similar circumstances,

"You should keep to the Muslim group and their imam (which is obligatory) and if it can not be established, then it becomes an obligation upon every single Muslim and Mujahid to work for establishment of the Muslim State by pledging allegiance to the most sincere and the one who adhere to the right path from the present sects.

"O you who believe! Fear Allah, and be with those who are true in words and deeds." Quran 9:119

Those who watch the campaigns of the local and international infidels can see that they primarily target the Islamic State of Iraq. America is perpetrating campaign after campaign, attacking every single city times and time again. Moreover, there has been a continual offensive for the past six months in Diyala, as well as Mosul and Salah ad-Din provinces. Besides the attacks from the army, the National Guard, and the police, there are attacks by the Shiite militias of Al-Sadr and Al Hakim. Above and beyond all of this, all the neighboring countries to the Islamic State of Iraq are being attacked without exception, not to mention the so-called Awakening Councils and the haram parties and sects leaded by the traitor of the religion and the nation Tariq Al-Hashemi.

On top of all of this are media campaigns to defame and slander the Islamic State of Iraq leaded by the Riyadh governors, their scholars and their media. I do not any other reason for all of these fierce campaigns against the Mujahideen in the Islamic State of Iraq except that they are the most adherent to the right path and the most compliant to the Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) who was told by Waraqa Ibn Nawfal:

"No one came up with what you came up with (divine revelation) except he had been antagonized."

Amir Abu Omar Al Baghdadi and his brothers are not bargaining on the expense of their religion. They do not accept the half solutions and do not meet the enemies in the middle of the road. Instead they declare what is right and what will please the Creator even if this displeases the creation. They do not fear the blame of the blamers regarding Allah's commands and they refuse to cajole or make peace with any of the (so-called) Islamic governments without exception. They refused help from the infidels because they deeply believe that the religion is Allah's and He will render His religion victorious. He is not in need of the infidels and disbelievers to render His religion victorious.

It is impossible for the religion to be victorious by taking the polytheist governors as helpers, friends and supporters. Imam Ahmad narrated in a Hadith of the Prophet (pbuh):

"Boy, I will teach you some words. Keep Allah in your heart and He will protect you and aid you. If you ask for something ask only Allah. If you need help seek it from Allah and know that if the whole nation is gathered to be useful for you it will not benefit you except by what Allah destined for you. And if the (whole) nation is gathered to harm you, it will not do so except by what Allah destined for you."

If the leaders of the Islamic State of Iraq joined hands with any of the neighboring countries for support and help from them, as some of the groups and parties did, the condition of the things would now be completely different. The budgets of those groups and parties are hundreds of millions of dollars however the Mujahideen resources are only what they gain as booty in the battles and verily this is the righteous livelihood. Those (parties and groups) who joined hands with these countries actually lost their ability to make decisions and their independence due to their financial support. Once America and its allies exert any pressure on these countries, it is directly transmitted to the leader of the party or the Amir of the group just as it did Lebanon. After the eloquent speeches on pride, dignity and support for Palestine and having challenged the whole world to impose its will on them, Lebanon accepted the UN Resolution Number 1701. A tool in the hands of America, by accepting this they are accepting the entrance of the crusader armies into the land of Lebanon.

Do people realize that these armies are the other face of the coin of the Zionist-American coalition? The Secretary General of the Hezbollah party, Hassan Nasrallah deceived the people. He welcomed these armies publicly and promised to make their mission easy despite the fact that he knows very well that those armies are coming to protect the Jews and to close the borders for the faithful Mujahideen. He has perpetrated all these crimes due to the desires of the countries that provide the "good" and "uncorrupt" funds that we mentioned before. So why are they not considered traitors? Sadat (former president of Jordan) and Al-Hussain Ibn Talal (former king of Jordan), when they agreed upon conventions that include the closure of the border to the Mujahedeen were traitors no doubt but the Secretary General of the Hezbollah party is considered honest when he accepts a similar resolution!! Also how can people understand the party's is accused by the majority in Lebanon of being US agents, and they are no doubt agents, while at the same time, they consider him a hero along with the martyr Muhammad Baqer Al-Hakim who cooperated with America to invade Iraq and forbid the people from fighting it! As was stated by the Secretary General of the party, is not this the real hypocrisy?

Some of the parties and groups that allied with the neighboring countries that support and fund them and exert tremendous pressure on them force their armies to take a break for six months subjected to renewal. Have you ever heard of an army that stops fighting while the enemy is perched on the chest of the country? So, this is the case with those who make their decisions based on the countries that fund them and it would take a long time to mention like matters. The independent proud Muslims like Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi and his brothers prefer death to stopping the Jihad or joining hands with any ruler and here is an important point.

Many people do not know the credentials of the Amir's of Jihad in Iraq. I say that the cause of this is the circumstances of the war and security conditions, however I believe that this ignorance is not harmful since they are recommended by the just and trustworthy Mujahideen. For examples, the Amir Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi was recommended by the just and trustworthy Mujahideen in Iraq. Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi (may Allah's mercy be upon him) recommended him as well as Abu Hamza Al- Muhajir, the War Minister. These two are trustworthy because of their fortitude and resolution in fierce battles and bombing raids over the Hindu Kush and are well known to your brothers in Afghanistan. I think well of all of them and Allah knows best. Therefore, abstaining from pledging allegiance to an Amir of Jihad in Iraq after the just and trustworthy Mujahideen recommended him, on the pretext of not knowing his background leads to unfavorable results. Most importantly, it hinders the establishment of the Muslim State under the leadership of one Amir, and this conduct is not valid.

In closing I assure the Muslims everywhere, especially our people in the neighborhoods that they will get nothing but good from the Mujahideen, Allah willing, for we are your sons, we defend the nation's religion and we defend you. Those Muslims who are killed inadvertently in any of the operations against the crusader infidels or their agents, it is not with intention. Allah only knows how it hurts and grieves us when Muslims die in any operation and we are responsible for it, and we seek Allah's forgiveness due to it, and we ask Allah to grant their souls mercy, paradise and provide help to their families.

And it is absolutely apparent that the enemies intend to establish their bases among the Muslims to use them as human shields. I stress to my Mujahideen brothers to be highly cautious in operations at army bases which are located among the Muslims, and to have their operations against the enemies disciplined by the legitimate controls away from Muslims as much as possible, without crippling Jihad for the sake of Allah. Our enmity is for the traitor governors and they get no reassurance from us for we are working hard to dismantle their regimes and try them in the Islamic courts.

How can we reassure them when they are partisans to the enemies of this nation and did what they did to it?

How can we reassure them when they mix human laws with Allah's Shariah?

How can we reassure them when the way to the front to free Palestine passes through the lands that are under their control?

I reassure our people in Palestine specifically that we will widen our Jihad and we will not recognize the Sykes-Pico borders or the rulers that have been installed by the occupation. By Allah we have not forgotten you following the events of 911. Does anyone forget his own people? Those blessed volleys struck the head and heart of the international infidels, the greatest ally to the Zionist entity, America. Today we are busy today fighting it and its agents especially in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Islamic Maghreb (Algeria) and Somalia. If America and its agents are defeated in Iraq by Allah's will, nothing will prevent Mujahideen army and brigades after brigades from Baghdad, Anbar, Mosul, Diyala and Salah ad-Din to repeat "Hittin" (the battle where the Crusaders were defeated) by Allah's will.

We will not recognize a state for the Jews, not even on one span of the land of Palestine as other Arab leaders did when they adopted the initiative of leader of Riyadh years ago. That great calamity was not enough for them. Today people see that the leader of those that surrendered leads them to Annapolis. They are doing what the Americans did to their grandfathers before; selling Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa, and the blood of the martyrs. No power or power acquiring except through Allah.

May Allah give them what they deserve and through this the people know who is trustworthy and who are traitors moved by Zionists hands.

We will not respect and international charters that recognize a Zionist entity over the land of Palestine as Hamas leadership respects them or as some of the Muslim Brotherhood have declared. Our Jihad is to liberate Palestine, the whole of Palestine from the Jordan River to the sea by Allah's will and by putting our hands in the hands of the true Mujahideen from Hamas and other factions who denied their leaders deviation from the truth. Blood for blood, destruction for destruction!

I repeat my oath. By Allah we will help you even if we have to crawl on our knees or taste what Hamzah Ibn Abdul Mutalib tasted (martyrdom).

Finally I remind my dear Islamic Ummah of this. O people, you have many lessons from passed events. Stop playing, listen, understand, wake up, and pay attention for the matter is great and serious. Where are you going and what are you waiting for? The battle has become fierce and there is nothing large or small that remains between you and what they] want to do to you. There is no salvation for us except by answering Allah's commands and avoiding what He forbids.

Know that the greatest of His commands is to fight for His sake against for clear evil to be defeated and the hidden evil to be silenced. Deliver your trust and responsibility. O servants of Allah, hurry to do your duties, especially after you brothers in Jihad fields spared you of most provisions for you are threatened by the enemies in all what you possess. Your lives, your honor, your land, and your money and most importantly your religion is threatened.

The matter is serious and there is nothing amusing about it. It has been said, "I was ate on the day the white ox was ate in". Today it is Baghdad and tomorrow it is Damascus, Amman, and Riyadh. Fear Allah as He should be feared and never fear of the blame of the blamers.

What your Mujahideen sons require financially equip themselves and fight for the sake of Allah is little. Any merchant among you can give it and will lead to the defeat of the international infidelity by Allah's will. How long will you keep fearing America and its agents? Is there no right minded merchant among you? Free yourself from subservience and from the chains of slavery. Remember death and the trial that awaits and prepare yourself for the Day of Judgment for you were born without money and will leave without it. Fear Allah and give what remains of your life and money to the Hereafter. Do it quietly and take our Prophet (pbuh) as an example when he hid from Quraish in the cave and immigrated secretly to the Ansar, may Allah be pleased with them.

So you must organize your security matters, immigrate if necessary remembering the great rewards of making this religion victorious and rescuing the nation of Al-Ameen as Muhammad (pbuh) at a time when the enemies gathered against it from everywhere. What a great reward, and what a honor Allah bestows just as He bestowed on Othman (may Allah be pleased with him), the one man who prepared the distress army against the Romans. The prophet (pbuh) said: "Nothing will harm Othman after what he did this day."

Allah said:

"And spend in the Cause of Allah and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allah), and do good. Truly, Allah loves the good-doers." Quran 9:195

And He said:

"And what is the matter with you that you spend not in the Cause of Allah? And to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. Not equal among you are those who spent and fought before the conquering (of Makkah, with those among you who did so later). Such are higher in degree than those who spent and fought afterwards. But to all Allah has promised the best (reward). And Allah is All-Aware of what you do." Quran 57:10

Imitate them if you are not like them

Supporting the true Mujahideen particularly in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Islamic Maghreb and Somalia is by Allah a project of the whole Ummah and the first line of defense against all its enemies who are keen. And in it there is goodness of religion and life, pride and safety and security on all it's axes.

Yes, in it there is your military security, your social security, your food security and your economic security to protect your oil and wealth and to save the money you are losing while it is still in your hands because of its foul attachment to the dollar. Supporting the Mujahideen is also the nation's project – to free all Palestine so Al-Aqsa will smile and the prisoner's women and men will be freed.
